Hall Hire Charges
Panfield Village Hall is available for private hire and club hire, for current hire charges and what is included, please see below:
- Short Term or Hourly Hire = £18 per hour
- Half Day = £50 (9.00am to 1.00pm) or (1.30pm to 5.30pm)
- Evening = £70 (6.00pm to 11.30pm)
- Full day = £100 (9.00am to 5.30pm)
- Full Day + Evening = £150 (9.00 am to 11.30pm)
- Clubs £15 per 1 hour session (minimum of 12 session per annum)
All charges include use of kitchen facilities, crockery, glasses, chairs, tables and Wifi
(Projector and Screen is available at the discretion of the PCA and may incur a extra charge)
Important Note: – all hirers are expected to leave the hall in the same condition they found it. Cleaning equipment is available for the hirers to use.
External Hire
Private hirers are able to hire tables and chairs for events in your own home / garden at the discretion of the PCA and if they have not already needed for any hall hire currently in booked.
Various items of equipment and furniture are also available for outside hire. See the rates below:
